We at LSS-Partner are looking for a temporary assignment manager for the summer. This role means being part of a family-oriented company that has been working with personal assistance since 1994. You will be a key person during the summer to ensure the quality of our clients' assistance.

Job Responsibilities:

As an assignment manager, you will be involved in planning, organizing, and leading the daily operations for personal assistants and clients. During the summer, the highest priority is to solve any vacancies that may arise. Therefore, you must enjoy staffing and problem-solving. We see you as a person who does not give up until a task is resolved. You have excellent organizational skills and appreciate structure and order, but you also have the ability to be flexible and prioritize your workday if something unexpected comes up.

The position includes a lot of phone contact with our clients, personal assistants, and various authorities, which means you should be outgoing and enjoy providing service.

On-call duty outside office hours will be included according to a schedule.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for ensuring that assistance is provided according to the client's needs and wishes.

Qualifications:

It is a plus if you have experience working with staffing and scheduling, preferably within personal assistance or care.

Attributes:

You should be an engaged and responsible person with good collaboration skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team. You need to be social, attentive, and enjoy meeting other people.

The Position:

The employment will be 80 percent.

Mon-Thu 09:00-16:30

Fri 09:00-14:00

Additionally, on-call duty outside office hours will be included according to a schedule.
